The 2026 CCTV Spring Festival Gala was a program prepared and produced by China Media Group, with Yu Lei serving as the general director. It featured a main venue in Beijing and branch venues in Harbin (Heilongjiang), Yiwu (Zhejiang), Hefei (Anhui), and Yibin (Sichuan). Ren Luyu, Sa Beining, Nigmat, Long Yang, Ma Fanshu, and Liu Xinyue co-hosted the main venue in Beijing; Yang Fan and Jiang Duo hosted the Harbin branch venue; Guo Ruotian and He Chuan hosted the Yiwu branch venue; Zhu Xun and Bai Yu hosted the Hefei branch venue; and Zhang Tao and Wang Chuhan hosted the Yibin branch venue. On December 28th, the launch event for the branch venues of the gala was held. On January 17th, 2026, the gala completed its first rehearsal. On January 25th, the gala completed its second rehearsal. On January 31st, the gala completed its third rehearsal. On February 4th, the gala announced its host lineup. On February 8th, the gala completed its fourth rehearsal. On February 14th, the gala completed its fifth rehearsal.
